S.U.M.M.E.R Workshop + Mentorship Series
A 4-week hybrid intensive program in July designed for African women actively working in music business – artists, managers, producers, marketers, execs. Learn from the best across Africa, sharpen your skills in audio technology, music business, and marketing. Mentorship follows for high-performing participants.

Audio Production & Engineering Lab
Physical Hands-on workshop, project-based learning for budding engineers and producers. From studio signal flow to live sound mixing, learn by doing – online and in our physical lab spaces where available.
Audio Girl Bootcamps / Sessions
These are our quarterly songwriting and beat making sessions, live gig sessions, where singer-songwriters, producers, engineers and execs can collaborate and create together.

Mentorship Pods
A quarterly 30-day mentorship pilot designed to deepen career strategy and build creative confidence. You’ll be placed in pods with 1 mentor and up to 6 mentees. Each pod runs a theme-specific focus and includes weekly check-ins and project-based outcomes.
